Six Bricks are an ideal tool for children with physical barriers and other special needs due to the size of the bricks, it’s manipulative qualities, the colours and the simplicity of the activities.
Siyakwazi is a resource centre based in KZN. They aim to help every child reach their full potential and advocate for the rights of children with physical, emotional and cognitive needs.
Siyakwazi approached us to train them in using Six Bricks to help them achieve their goals. We had an amazing group of women join us for online training and we had a lot of fun working through how the bricks could be used with the children they work with in their communities.
Training these women was not only fun, but inspiring!
